LW10 problem

I know they dont look that nice but I got one to use as a temporary
solution whilst I work out where to put my din rail stuff and which
prettier momentaries to use.

Anyway I have a small problem and wondered if someone else on the list
might have had the same and know what to do. Everytime you touch it to
turn it on it comes on okay 100% then after a second or two does a quick
dim down and back up maybe by 10-20%. Its micro-second quick but still
really anonying and I need to find out if its just the LW10, in which
case it doesnt matter as its only temporary, or if it might be the
dimmers which is a whole new ball game as they are in the ceiling space
and a bugger to get to.

Any ideas???
