I'll check when I get home tonight - I thought I did a save of the web
page,
but I'm not 100% sure it worked....
Regardless of the actual term (which does exist because I saw it), a
contract
clause that said you you would not get money back for services not received
is
unlikely to be deemed a valid term IMO, since contracts should be fair to
all
parties.....

Exactly.

O2 was/is part of Network Solutions Online Ltd which is the company that
actually appears on your Worldpay receipt. O2, certainly back in December
when
I signed with them, were not a Ltd company, though they are now. I dunno
how
that affects my rights....
Anyway, the registered office of NS is the same as that of O2, so it's
almost
definitely Ozan's home address.
I suggest you write to him requesting a refund (or a sensible payment plan)
within seven days, or your will take the necessary legal action to recover
the
debt. Make sure you get a signature at the other end to prove he received
it.
If nothing is forthcoming, then hello small claims court - will cost about
50
quid I think to start the proceedings & he would have to stump that up
in the
even he loses. If you lose, then all you've lost is 50 quid.
It might be worth contacting your credit card company to issue a chargeback
againse worldpay to get the money back. I, unfortunately, used a deferred
debit rather than a credit card, so I'm not covered :(
HTH,
Tony
