Power Dips - boiler lockout

At home we occasionally suffer from the odd power dip. Normally only for
half a second or so but some times enough to make the stereo clock go back
to 12:00.

Our gas boiler keeps going into lockout mode, which means no hot water some
mornings. Sometimes this happens twice in a day, sometimes once a month.
According to the user manual lockout can be for one of two reasons:-
* The boiler has over heated, or failed to start three times in a row.
* The electricy supply has been interupted!
We've had the overheat thermostat replaced, but we still get the odd
problem.

I'd like to log the time and/or date that we have a power dip so I can see
if the two are related. Any ideas?

Thanks

Rob
