I have just gone with a SAK  server from www.oneandone.co.uk

v cheap for a dedicated server, 10Gb/m Bandwidth. 49UKP/m

Got the server up and running in about 48hrs now running ColdFusion, SQL2k,
MailEnable no problem at all.

I would recommend these, (I think they are actually German, very
efficient).
