Rob,

This is where the "controllers" come in. If you have a PC you can
leave on, running HA software, then a CM12U computer interface will
(even with the free included software) allow you to write a macro
that says

- When B1 OFF (ie - the PIR sends off)
- Send A1 OFF

- When B1 ON (ie - the PIR sends on)
- Do nothing

Alternatively, for more money, Homevision or HomeBrain will do the
same.

The dusk sensor is easy to ignore - if I remember correctly, it sends
on a different X10 code.
