I've just come off the phone to TiVo customer services with a conversation
that went a little like this:

"I've got a list of TiVo schedule listing errors - I used to post them on
TiVo Community, but read recently that you'd rather they be reported over
the phone direct.  Which do you want me to do?"

"I'm not allowed to discuss the TiVo Community..."

"So, do you want me to give you the errors, or shall I continue as before
and just post them on the Special Thread on the Tivo forum?"

"If you give them to me now, I'll make sure they get relayed back to
Tribune.  We don't monitor the TiVo Community forum..." (strange, as there
is a guy purporting to be from TiVo most active on the forums "Schedule
Listing Errors" thread) "...calling us is the preferred method of reporting
schedule errors ... can I have your account number as I need to make a note
against the account that I've discussed this issue with you..."

So, there you have it.  I'm made to feel guilty by calling Customer Services
and speaking the taboo words "TiVo Community."  All in all a most unhelpful
TiVo customer services representative!

There are active threads on the TiVo community where you can post errors
found in advance. Apparently Tribune (who supply the listings data for
Tivo) monitor these threads and have been known to fix things.

Not ideal I know but.....
