I've got an old Sony DDS3 DAT drive - same layout as you describe and it ca= me with fairly chunky 'wings' to convert it to 5 =BC". So they must ex= ist. Sorry not much help but they do exist.

I have a 3.5" form factor DAT drive which is is the same height as a 5= 1/4"
CD ROM drive and I need to mount it in a 5 1/4" bay so has anyone seen= any
sort of mounting kit that has that kind of layout front bezel?
