Hi Tom,

I'm really not the ideal person to ask about Tivo upgrades - (I've only done
1), but the process I was envisaging would only work (I believe), with a
*single* drive Tivo as the upgraded result...

- it could be a two-drive Tivo prior to upgrading, but AIUI, Tivo Drives
have to be "married" where two are to coexist. Therefore, the process in the
case of a 2-drive unit would be to replace two drives with a single larger
one....
