There's a new worm on the loose.

Affects MS SQL 2000 (non-SP3) and can cause enough traffic to
effectively
DoD.

Popular rumour would currently suggest various bits of the Internet are
indeed suffering. May well cause the odd ISP inter-connect to saturate
though I've currently seen no 1st hand evidence.
