Hi All It looks like a move to a new house may happen in the near future. However all the houses swmbo likes have an integral garage, which in her opinion is a waste of space. So : 1) How easy is it to convert said garage into a room (and node0 of course) 2) What are the planning regs like on this, since it's not an extension, more a change of use. Obviously I could talk to the planning office but they're shut right now. Cheers Stuart
