Subject: [comfort] Comfort Service Center - LATEST NEWS

You have expressed an interest in the Development of Comfort Service Center with Touchscreens.

We have now instructed the screen manufacturers to proceed with the CSC development program. The work is mainly involving firmware work because the hardware is already in place. Recently a Home Theatre facility has been added along with the inclusion of a Audio/Video bridge, which enables the control of A/V equipment using IR emitters or RS232. We expect the work to take around 4 months, so hopefully by May/June 2003 we should have some news for you.
