Unfortunately not mate... :-(
Windows XP's remote desktop is a single-user only service, - i.e. there can
only ever be 1 user console session, regardless of whether that is running
locally on the PC, or remotely via an RDP connection.
When a remote RDP connection is established, the local session is locked
out.
What you are describing is Windows 2000's terminal services service,
running
in remote admin mode, which can serve up to a maximum of 3 concurrent
sessions, - 1 local plus 2 remote...
