On an XP machine, the console is locked, and only the remote can view
the machine.... on a XP friendly login setup, that means it kicks back
to the click a username to login screen.

Any further functionality such as multiple sessions etc requires either
Microsoft Terminal Services (Win2k server or Win2k3 server) or some
other solution like Citrix.
