The simple answer is, dunno mate. Not exactly helpful, but no one can
really say for sure :-/

It's a bit like changing your vga card or sound card in an existing
machine, the majority of the time windows will detect the change and
take the correct action, occasionally you're left with a dead build.

Now bump that up to a build where almost every component has just
changed. Far more to go wrong and I've certainly had a number of trials
with results ranging from dead as a dead thing which is very very dead,
through useable but not very stable to no noticeable problems and a good
few months use before the usual windows problems start to occur.

All I can suggest it to try it if you have a spare machine and see what
happens.
