RE: C-Bus Course

Martin,=20

There is a UCM for comms between C-Bus and Comfort, lookout for a
Clipsal badged version of Comfort soon...

I particularly like Homeseer (as opposed to Homevision), lots of support
>from
functions. Some people have achieved fantastic things with the web
interface as well, see http://www.jon00.me.uk/hs.html
(guest:guest) as
a great example...

I am setting up my PC with 10 comms ports to enable it to talk with all
sorts, VIOM, SOM, X-10, CLI, UPS, TV Projector, Plasma Screens,
Proximity card readers, Camera PTZ ?, you can even monitor ventilation
systems nowadays... Ethernet would be even better but things are a
little behind... even the CBus Ethernet I/F is twice the RS232 version,
=A3500 as opposed to =A3250.

Nigel

In response to the early message about control of c-bus with homevision,
doesn't comfort have a UCM that can directly control the c-bus system?
