For the Corporate form of prosecution - disciplinary action on Health &
Safety grounds. Two serious vehicle near-misses in less than 7 days,
committed by the same driver. Both have relied on other people reporting
the incidents. System would be part of a general get-tough campaign for
on-site safety.
