This might sound strange but, Microbore pipe... we had a lot left over

cables... bends easily but still very strong.... when it's where you
want it, pull some string through and use that to feed the cables.

This method has been used for 8 runs of Cat5, and two mains to avoid
lifting our floor (floorboards, with plywood nailed on top about 30
nails per sheet!!!)
