Malcome,
There is no way around this - many viruses employ this "email
spoofing"
technique to hide their original source.
All it needs is your name and email address to be in the address book of
/another/ infected PC, and there is a chance the virus will then choose you
as the "From:" field when it sends itself out over email from
that infected
PC.
At peak, my email server was blocking several thousand messages and bounces
a day of the "Microsoft security patch" look-alike virus!
