Personally,
I always just use PPTP for client Dial-In, not the most secure, but for
home networks, perfectly adequate: means you can just do a "dial into
my
workplace" new network connection in W2K or WXP without worrying about
it..

I create the users in "Remote Dial-In User Setup", works fine :)
