CPC have a few modulators, e.g. (see page 74/75 of 2004 catalogue)
AV00316, AV03610, AV08712, AV1164, AV06777 (mono audio), AV04141, AV01729
There are a few others, but they're starting to get bigger than a
fag-packet.
