Depends how you define near. Probably 45mins by car.
I'll be going with Eclipse (WHEN it goes live.) so I'll check them out.

Most decent ISP's offer upgrade from ISDN to ADSL, Plusnet's signup
process
just requires you to tick a box, others will do the same too.
