Oh, nuffin is easy :-(
The guy that put my sky dish in only drilled a hole wide enough for one
cable, gona have to drill through 3 feet of stone to get the extra cable
in, Oh well at least I've got a pilot hole!
A hate heights too :-(

You will need 1 LNB with dual feed (erplacing your existing LNB).  Then
you
run another wire to node 0 where you then need to install another Sky
box,
who will need a viewing card.  Free to view cards are no longer
required,
but if you want the subscription channels you'll have to ask Sky nicely
and
they can give (you pay for it though) you a 2nd card.
