I've only just seen this thread, but the wat I cope with HV and other
things I want to start automatically is to add them to the start up
folder. Then I simply hack the registry to autologon the computer with
an account that has the appropiate authorisations and which has a
password protected screen saver. So now, if the server loses power and
then power is restored, it will boot up and logon and fire up all
applications before locking itself. I don't have the registry hack to
hand, but a search for autologon on google should get it.

It could be that it didnt know what schedule to open.

Can you specify that in the command line ?
