Re: PVCu replacement fascias & soffits

Kevin

Mine cost nearly 3k for about 30m. They removed 3 lines of tiles, refelted,
put in bird proof "things"! that lip in to the gutter and
replaced several rotton roof timbers.

All in, it took about 1.5 weeks so I reckon it was worth it.

BAC did the work - Who have you had quotes from?

Regards

Neil

Subject: [ukha_d] PVCu replacement fascias & soffits

All,

Apologies if this is slightly off-topic, but it does affect the routing of
a couple of telephone and aerial cables ;-)

Does anyone have an approximate idea of how much it should cost to replace
existing wooden fascias, soffits and guttering with PVCu (complete
replacement rather than cladding)? The length is about 21 metres, but I
have quotes varying from GBP 1,000 to 2,000 (including labour and VAT
etc..).

Cheers,

Kevin Meynell
