Hot wire (electrically heated), or sharp knife - score multiple times
and snap are my preferred methods. Use of a highspeed, fine toothed
bandsaw also works, although you need a good jig to ensure
straightlines. I've been told that you can cut thicker sheets using
the same techniques used for glass - score and fill with flammable
liquid, light and snap, but have never tried. You can cut perspex
with a hacksaw but it's almost impossible to get a good finish IME.
You can use a fine file / sandpaper / belt sander to round edges.
