Hi Folks,
I am moving house for the second time in two years, and hopefully the last
for a little while. The new house is big enough to warrant the installation
of a PBX for which I have chosen a second user BT Inspiration as I have had
experience with this switch before and it supports between 2 and 6 lines
for which I plan to plug one into the standard BT Master and the second
into a VOIP gateway. Now the question I have is about running the
extensions over CAT5. I have ordered some PABX Master Baluns to conver my
RJ45 to BT LAU connections but was wondering which pairs I wire to what on
the RJ45 leads that I connect from the BT Inspiration to my Patch Panel?

Regards
Ian
