Graham,

We had agreed that Ian, as a leading proponent of the DIVX format
would do the encoding using his experience of tweaking the settings
to get the best result.

Ian is either going to bring along the encoded DIVX on the day, or,
ideally, ship it to you in advance so you can test it works.

The DD amp will switch S-Video as well as composite... so no problem
there.

Ian / Graham - I'll contact you off-list to arrange film clips...
