Just a note to say thanks for the effort to-date Graham, all seems to be
going well!
Although I've been on the list for getting on 3 years, this will be my
first meeting so I'm looking forward to putting a few faces to the
names.
As far as the options are concerned I think option 5 would be the best
i.e. put it towards a prize of some sort. Perhaps two prizes, 1 for each
day to accommodate those people attending for one day only.
