Hi David,

I hope is not too late.
Look at the Plantronic M1500 bluetooth headset.
It has a bluetooth receiver too, with a normal 2.5mm jack for headphone and
mic, in order to use it with regular GSM phones.
You can make a small adapter from the 2.5mm jack to  two 3.5mm jacks, in
order to separate mic and headphones and make it suitable for a PC sound
card.
