Yo Brian ... If you object then delete the mail ... I delete large
quantities of messages that I don't want to read. There's lots of off topic
stuff discussed here.

Pfft!

Really? Many speed cameras seem to be placed so as to simply generate
revenue. If speeding cameras were located solely in places such as by
schools and pedestrian crossings then I wouldn't object however there is
one
just up the road from me here which is located right where a 60 limit drops
to a 50 limit quite some distance from any "pedestrian" access
... It can
only have been placed there to generate revenue.

Speeding cameras are becoming excessively prevalant now that the local
authorities get to reinvest the proceeds of the fines. I have no desire to
buy one of these items myself but I can delete any emails from people
discussing them if I don't agree with them.

I don't see anyone actually saying that they wish to disregard the law ...
However we all do exceed speed limits at times and I'd rather someone was
watching out for cars and pedestrians rather than trying to identify hidden
speeding cameras especially now they can be painted less conspicuously!
