Alancc,
Yes this is correct, although a fixed header can also be done in DHTML,
but=
it is alot more complicated and supported on less browsers than frames. Mo=
st browsers now support frames, there are some issues with
PocketPC/embedde=
d browsers so beware.
but if you are doing a standard website - you should be fine with frames.
