Quoting Dermot Bradley's post the other day,
"Ummmmm...............no one should be using the --r3mix settings.

The Lame developers don't want the --r3mix stuff used anymore - its
"old hat". You should be using the like of:

--preset standard
--preset extreme
--preset insane

I've used extreme for ripping my whole CD collection."
