You cannot run ActiveSync Auto discovery for Bluetooth.
iPaq does not answer on bluetooth for Active sync.... it must initiate the
connection. There is a special command in the ipaq bluetooth menu.

No... just put manually the correct serial port as described in my last

and initiate active sync from the ipaq bluetooth menu

I do not know it... I have a Mitsumi dongle with TDK modified drivers.
Just do what I told you and it will work.. Believe me.
