Good work finding the manual- checking out the Velleman web site never
crossed my mind!

As for the spelling errors - LOL!!

Referring to soldering irons "...apply solder to the tip, to give it a
wet
look.  This is called 'thinning'..."

And as for solder - apparently you need to use "raisin-core
solder."  Mmmm
yummy.
