If you are driving an LED emitter, it is low impedance, and it is
inherently balanced since there is no ground connection at the recieving
end.

Otherwise, if you have an isolated plugpack at both ends, then balancing
is largly a non-issue too.

However, if you are running power on one pair, and signal on another,
then its not really balanced, but you will most likly not have problems
anyway.
