answerphone/fax/dialin server?

I currently use "Faxtalk Communicator", which came with my modem.  I
currently use it just for an answering machine and a fax machine.  The
software dumps all output to a directory (WAV files for sound, dunno about
faxes as I've not had one), which I share off the back of my website via
IIS.  My problem is that I wish to have more functionality.

My mobile service provider has decided that 0845 numbers can no longer be
used as part of my free minutes.  This makes collecting my mail via IMAP
on the move a costly experience.  As such, I want to dial in to my modem
at home and utilise my broadband Internet connection.  As far as I'm
aware, faxtalk communicator cannot do this, so I need some (preferably
free) software.  It needs to do the following...

- Work on Win2k server
- Work as an answerphone saving my messages as either WAV or MP3
- Let me dial in from my mobile to get an Internet connection

I'd also like it to do the following...

- Take faxes
- Be free to buy/use

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Andy
