OT: Game Hosting services

I know this is waaayyy OT, but I know some of you guys play CS/Q3 etc.

I am in a clan which is renting a clanserver from Jolt at the moment.
Problem is, over the last 3 months, the service has been utter sh*te -
server has been up and down more than a hookers drawers of late.
So we're thinking of moving.......but where?

Can anyone a decent hosting service with low ping and good reliability?
