window openers and blinds

Any experience of manual/electric/automatic window motors? I'm thinking
of
something that will open conservatory roof windows (maybe with
temperature
sensor, or maybe a switch on the wall) and electric blinds, and looking
for
motor installations that won't foul the blinds...
