Fujipad replacement

It was a totally genuine claim, I'm just surprised at the outcome!
The insurance company in question is the in house insurance for a 
high street bank being in B with a blue logo!

It was a very comprenhensive policy though, (onw which I had been 
about to downgrade upon renewal....)

A firm of assessors collected the pad and declared it dead, this was 
on Monday, I have to say I'm very impressed with their entire service 
package and not just the outcome, a happy client!

Almost makes up for sitting here having just written my own 
redundancy letter.....
