I'm not even going to ask why you didn't support one of your ever
helpful Home Automation retailers on that one...

Don't expect this unit to be around for a while ... The current plan

The RU940 still sells extremely well and must outsell the NEO by at
least 50:1 so I think there's possibly even justification for Philips
to
be thinking of dropping the NEO and keeping on the RU940 as entry
level.
