I have my Sony CXD-850 (200 DVDs) MR enabled, and I found recently that when I use Region 1 or Region 0 DVDs they are displayed as black and white over S-video.
I am using RGB connection at the moment and that works fine, but in some scenarios you might want to have it in node 0 and use KAT5 to connect it to TV, so better check first that it works O.K.

Yup, Sony. However I will point out that I have never bought a player
from there that was not MR enabled, nor would I now! ;)

All I need is a "how many" figure and I can find out.
