Kind of, it will, but it's a bit of a kludge.

Comfort can receive IR codes via an IR capable keypad.
Comfort can transmit (a limited number of) pre-programmed IR codes
via any zone.
It's easy to tie one to the other, so that a received code results in
an IR send action on a given zone.

This isn't the same as the xantech solution, obviously, because it
isn't doing straight "IR pass through". I suppose it could be useful
for something though (not sure what :-)
