Hi Umar,
Trust do a 4 camera non-real time video capture card that works with your
PC
(Win98 to Win2000). The cost is very low for the card and software (about
65
quid) and works across the internet and records to disk (needs as
permantent
connection though so ADSL is best). Recorded images are a bit like time
lapsed video but uses motion capture to trigger recording.
