I can recommend a system that a neighbour has RS Stock no 568-809 (You
also need some 568-815) data sheet 232-4881.

It handles two zones with 3 detectors in each zone each zone can be up
to 1.5Kw, it gives a (switchable) audio indication of a trip. The
detectors are very good, much better than the ones you get with cheap
PIR activated floods

You could use HV or comfort ( I use HV) , but this gets it all working
quick, which I can see you will be wanting to do

Hope its just a isolated incident.
