How about this type of thing:

Add a wireless NIC and a remote car starter, and you could program you HA
machine to start the car, synch the car music with the house music, and shut
off the car...

An extreme, I guess.

All I can say is look on ebay for an empeg (RioCar), get one of these and
you will not want anything else :-)
