PIC 1-wire scanner




Well I have finally got round to updating my website with some details of
my PIC based 1-wire scanner (link below).  I have posted the code and some
brief instructions but to summarize.  The circuit scans a 1-wire network
for device ID's when it finds an ID that you have previous programmed as
valid it switches an output port.  I'm going to use one to allow people to
disarm my alarm system instead of having to use the keypad.

The next step will be a zone based system that will report the zone and ID
so I can set up preferences and trigger music etc in different rooms.
