   I have had some feedback from my contacts on this.  The gist of the
response is:

1)  Tiptree is a fairly small town - more of a village (I'm quoting so
don't shoot me!), so will not figure highly in the ADSL stakes for
some time.
2)  "Tiptree B" is one of BT's smallest exchanges in rather a small
building - in fact it is suspected of being no more than a
'concentrator' for Colchester.  Because of the way ADSL works this
will hinder its use for ADSL provision.
