It really depends where you are and how far you are from the nearest
POP, on the mainland, bandwidth pricing is really dropping.

I can get hold of bandwidth inside a colo centre in edinburgh for
example, for =A33900 a year for 2mb's

Our leased line (which is 2mb), in the office, (after some haggling),
cost =A310k per year plus setup fee's.

Also Project ATLAS in Scotland anyway will bring a lot more bandwidth
into the area and bring prices down as low as =A32800~ for 2mb Im told.

It should certainly reduce pricing as time goes on.

My 0.02 for what its worth.
