I have had some problems as well. Everything was resolved in the end but it
took a couple of weeks. As you say second class when you choose the
cheapest delivery :-(

I phoned a few times but getting through was fun and the guy only half
helpful. As he said though it turned out to be second class postage delays.
Nearly two weeks in the summer and no where near Xmas.

Not much help I'm afraid

I get the impression they are a small outfit. I've not had any issues
with them, they've always been fine. I've never had (or needed) any
direct human contact though...
