Apart from the fact I think its overkill, the Freeview site reckons new
aerials can be installed from =A380, but my chats to installation companies
average =A3160+

Further to his - anyone had any experience of DIY external aerials for
digital TV reception? I know I can get a kit, etc from Maxview for =A330 -
=A340, plus I have a friend who is a Sky installer who'll do the
installati=

for me, but I'm not sure how much more difficult things like aerial
alignment is for digital over analogue.

The answer is "probably won't work" :-(

However, if you call the Aerial Upgrade Service on 0870 010 4486, and talk
through where you live and what aerial you have, they'll tell you whether
you need an upgrade.
